Cost

I only do project-based pricing.

Why? Hourly pricing leads to clients settling for good work because they don’t want to pay for the hours to make it great.

Project-based enables you to get what you want without feeling like I’m just racking up hours on you.

  • Over a 90-minute meeting I’ll throw a thousand questions at you about your business.

I’ll take your answers and boil them down to two pages so you can clearly and consistently communicate about your business.

  • • Brand Messaging Guidelines

    • Squarespace Website

    • 3 pages (Generally home, about, contact)

    • Mobile Optimization

    • SEO optimization

  • • 5 page pdf providing value to your customers. (Content decided together)

    • 4 email sales sequence to be sent out as follow-up to pdf download

How I work

A few important things to know.

  • The Brand Messaging Guidelines process generally takes 3 weeks.

We’ll use Google Docs, so sending, reviewing, feedback, and finalization are simplified.

Week 1: We’ll have a 90-minute meeting during which I’ll ask you 1,001 (not literally, but close) questions to learn all about your customer and you.

Week 2: You’ll receive a document encapsulating 7 parts of what will become your new Brand Messaging Guidelines.

Week 3: We’ll finalize your Guidelines and walk through how you can implement them moving forward.

What are the 7 parts of your Brand Guidelines? Learn a little about StoryBrand.

  • This sounds a little weird, but I follow a framework called StoryBrand. While there will be times to speak about your business, it will always focus on the pain points your customer is experiencing.

If you want someone to write primarily about the history of your company or your awards, I’m not the right fit for you.

If you want someone who focuses on the pain points of your customer and how your company solves their problems, then let’s schedule a call.

  • I believe a business owner should be able to update their website quickly and easily. I sent you another email talking about the differences between some of the top website builders, so I won’t get into that again.

If you need custom code or someone to build a website that will blow visitors’ minds with animation, I’m not the right fit for you.

If you want a website that’s easy to navigate, easy to update, and made to grow your profit then let’s schedule a call.

  • Timelines vary, but generally from kickoff meeting to completion:

Brand Messaging Guidelines - 3 weeks

Website Copy and Build - 6 weeks (Includes 3 weeks for messaging guidelines)

Lead Generating Funnel - 6 weeks (Some overlap between 2-4 weeks of writing, 1-3 weeks of design)
